Martley Capital Group is a full-service real estate investment advisory platform covering real estate investing, lending, assets and funds.
Founded by Richard Croft, the award-winning co-founder and former Chief Executive of M7, the company has more than 40 staff in five offices across the UK and Europe with a AUM of circa £900m across 19 mandates.
The business has launched several new strategies, with an Opportunistic and Value Add focus, covering Credit, Equities and Direct Real Estate, to take advantage of current dislocation in the real estate markets.
Martley Capital is also instructed on a number of asset and investment management advisory mandates, drawing on the extensive existing experience.
