Martley Capital Group is a full-service real estate investment management platform whose activities cover real estate investing, lending, asset management and fund management.

Founded by Richard Croft, the award-winning co-founder and former Chief Executive of M7, the company has more than 40 staff in five offices across the UK and Europe with a AUM of circa £900m across 19 mandates.

The business has launched several new strategies, with an Opportunistic and Value Add focus, covering Credit, Equities and Direct Real Estate, to take advantage of current dislocation in the real estate markets.

Martley Capital is also instructed on a number of asset and investment management advisory mandates, drawing on the extensive existing experience.

Alongside Richard Croft, the board is composed of Tony Edgley, former Partner at Brockton Capital, Alison Lambert former Head of Finance Europe at Oxford Properties, Jack Thoms, co-founder and head of Asset Management of M7, Andrew Jenkins former COO and co-founder of M7 Real Estate, Eloise Turton, former Investor Relations at M7 and Ann Hodgetts, former Head of Legal for UK and Europe at Oxford Properties.
