Lending Criteria

Martley Capital Real Estate Investment Management offers mezzanine, whole loan & bridging financing solutions to support both acquisition and refinancing for UK real estate, across a broad range of asset classes, from Core to Value-Add.

With mezzanine facilities ranging from £5m to £50m, and whole loans between £20m and £150m Martley can facilitate loans on a range of ticket sizes, from large single-asset financing to pooled granular assets within a portfolio, across the commercial and residential markets, underpinned by our “real estate first” lending criteria.
