Transactions Manager

Harry Adair is a Transaction Manager in the UK Transactions team. He is responsible for sourcing and underwriting property investments across Martley’s existing funds, and all new funds that Martley launches.

Based in London, Harry joined Martley from Realterm, where he served as an Investment Associate responsible for acquisitions across both core-plus and value-add fund strategies. Prior to this, he worked at Lambert Smith Hampton in the National Office Investment team.

Harry qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 2023 and holds an MSc in Real Estate from Henley Business School, University of Reading.
