Roland Dorogsaghy is a Head of Property and Facility Management of Hungary.

Based in Budapest, Roland joined from White Star Real Estate Kft., where as Senior Portfolio Manager he led property and facility management operations for a diversified portfolio.

Over his career, he has been directly responsible for the management of nearly 500,000 sq m across office, industrial, and retail assets.

With more than 20 years of hands-on experience in property management and technical operations, Roland has worked for several developer and project management firms, taking a lead role in asset takeovers, technical due diligence, and the full operational launch of properties.

His work is marked by a strong focus on operational efficiency, cost control, and the systematic improvement of ESG performance.
