Martley Capital completes the sale of The Range in Stafford
Martley Capital has completed the sale of a retail warehousing asset in Stafford, from its UK Value Add Fund, known as Series B.
The asset is situated on Greyfriars Retail Park and comprises a modern freestanding purpose-built retail warehouse unit of c.36,480 sq ft. The unit is let to CDS (Superstores International) Limited, trading as The Range, providing a strong covenant, with a WAULT to breaks of over 11.5 years.
In March 2026, the freehold interest was purchased by an institutional real estate investor at a price reflecting a net initial yield of 7.5%.

The pricing achieved reflects the quality of the asset and the income profile.”
