Josh Quinton-Smith is a Director in the Real Estate Team, focusing on office Asset Management.

Josh has extensive experience in asset management across a broad range of sectors and investment structures. Prior to his current role, he worked at Legal & General, where he was a cross-sector asset manager for the Managed Property Fund, and at Orchard Street Investment Management, where he led asset management mandates on behalf of third-party investors across multiple property sectors.

His experience spans both discretionary and non-discretionary mandates, working with a diverse range of capital partners, from private equity investors to local government pension pools.

Josh holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Real Estate Management from London South Bank University and is a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS).
