Graham Emmett is a Senior Advisor at Martley Capital.

A real estate finance and investment professional, with over 40 years of experience in the UK and European real estate markets.

Graham possess’s a skill set applicable to all aspects of real estate investment, credit and development.  He has experience in all sectors structuring and packaging, recoveries and private/public market equity raising, with a proven track record in creating and scaling credit and investment platforms.

Previously Founder and CEO of a market leading, institutionally backed, alternative lending platform Atelier.  Graham has held senior positions in two blue-chip international banking environments (Goldman Sachs and Flemings), a unique government-owned real estate loan work out vehicle (NAMA), a UK market leader in private real estate asset management (Delancey), and three non bank CRE lending platforms (ICG/Longbow, Cheyne Capital and HIG Capital).

Graham is able to bring an experienced view to real estate investment, asset management, credit structuring  as well as private market equity raising. He possesses hands on operational experience, expertise and track record having built best-in-class teams to originate, structure and run the most complex of real estate asset and loan portfolios.
