Lucy Sinclair is the Executive Assistant to Martley Capital’s CEO, Richard Croft.

She provides strategic and operational support, managing a complex international schedule, coordinating key stakeholder relationships, and overseeing high-level meetings, travel and corporate engagements.

Working closely with the senior leadership team, investors and clients, Lucy is recognised for her professionalism, discretion and exceptional organisational skills. She plays a key role in supporting the CEO’s priorities and facilitating effective engagement across the business.

Prior to joining Martley Capital, Lucy held executive support roles within the legal and real estate sectors. She holds a BA (Hons) in Business with Marketing from the University of Brighton.
