Villanueva Joins Martley Capital as Managing Director

Former Eastdil Exec to Lead Investment Management Team

Javier Villanueva has been appointed as Managing Director and Head of Investment Management at Martley Capital Group.

Based in London and reporting to CFO and COO Alison Lambert, he will oversee the Investment Management Team focusing on the performance of assets under management and investor reporting.

Villanueva joins Martley from Eastdil Secured in London where he held the role of Director in the Debt Advisory Team focusing on debt capital markets, NPL portfolio workouts and complex debt solutions across the capital stack.

Prior to Eastdil, he was part of the Investment Management Team at LNR Partners and the CRE teams of Deutsche Bank in London and Nomura Securities in New York.
