Fraser is a Director in the Debt Capital Markets team at Martley Capital.

With a background spanning asset management, investment and capital markets, Fraser provides the real estate insight that complements the team’s debt financing expertise. He advises on the underlying property fundamentals of prospective debt transactions, helping to assess business plans, asset performance, and value creation opportunities to support the structuring and execution of financing solutions.

Fraser joined Martley Capital from Ergo Real Estate in London, where he worked as an Asset Management Executive. Alongside his role in the Debt Capital Markets team, Fraser continues to have asset management responsibilities for a number of Martley’s UK assets, including Mailbox in Birmingham, bringing a practical asset-level perspective to financing transactions.

Fraser graduated from the University of Aberdeen with an MA (Hons) in Real Estate and holds an MSc (Distinction) in Marketing from Edinburgh Napier University. He is a Chartered Surveyor and member of the RICS.
