General Counsel

Ann Hodgetts is General Counsel at Martley Capital responsible for overseeing investment and financing transactions, fund structuring, corporate governance, regulatory advice and risk assessment.

She joins from Oxford Properties Group where she was Vice President and Head of Legal for the UK and Europe where she provided legal and strategic advice on all real estate transactions, joint ventures and development projects as well as general corporate and commercial matters.

Before Oxford Properties, Ann held the role of General Counsel for Qatari Diar, the real estate development arm of the Qatari Sovereign Wealth Fund. Prior to that she was Legal Counsel for Mapeley, the firm co-founded by George Soros, Fortress and Delancey, and a Senior Associate at Clifford Chance LLP.
