Director

Jan Plocinski is a Director and Head of Poland at Martley Capital Group. He is responsible for overseeing the company’s Polish business lines.

Based in Warsaw and reporting to Johnnie Sims, Jan joins from M7 Real Estate where he was Acquisition and  Asset Manager for six years. Jan managed the acquisition of Polish assets within the PoLAF and CEREF II funds, and oversaw the implementation of business plans of the acquired assets. He was responsible for asset management and disposal of the PVBRI and Azure funds.

Prior to M7 Real Estate, Jan worked in retail agency and capital markets at Knight Frank Poland. He has 10 years of commercial real estate experience.

Jan graduated with a Master’s degree in European Studies from the University of Warsaw and Sciences Po Paris.  As well as his native Polish, Jan is fluent in English.
