Managing Director
Jane Blore is a Managing Director - Head of Asset Management UK at Martley Capital Group. She oversees asset management across all sectors of the commercial and alternative real estate market and is the Investment Adviser for Alternative Income REIT.
She enjoys strategic planning for complex assets, fulfilling acquisition requirements and finding solutions to any problem across many sectors of the market. Based in London and Suffolk and reporting to Jack Thoms, Jane joins from M7 Real Estate.
Prior to joining M7 Real Estate, she was Senior Portfolio Manager at East of England Co-op where she was responsible for all acquisitions, disposals, valuations, insurance, rates, strategic portfolio analysis and development and reported directly to the CEO of Property. Her team of nine managed 250 convenience stores, 30 Funeral Directors, and £100m of investment property including 300 residential units.
Prior to EOEC, Jane held the roles of Head of Business Space at Henderson Global Investors, Acquisition Lead for convenience stores for Budgens in the southeast, and was responsible for Shopping Centre Management & Logistics asset management for M&G/Prudential.
Jane qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1988 having received a BSc (Hons) Rural Estate Management (1st) from the Royal Agricultural University.
She has over 35 years of property experience.
