Managing Director

Javier Villanueva is a Managing Director and Head of Investment Management. He oversees the Investment Management Team focusing on the performance of assets under management and investor reporting.

Based in London he joined Martley from Eastdil Secured in London where he held the role of Director in the Debt Advisory Team focusing on complex debt solutions across the capital stack and helping Eastdil become the premier debt advisor in the EMEA region. Prior to Eastdil, Javier was part of the Investment Management Team at LNR Partners and the CRE teams of Deutsche Bank in London and Nomura Securities in New York.

Javier holds a BA in Finance from Tulane University and is bilingual in Spanish and English. He has 23 years’ of experience in commercial real estate.
