Mirta Ceranac Poljak is Managing Director of Croatia. She joins from M7 Real Estate where under her guidance, M7 Croatia developed into a leading asset manager, with successful management of both M7’s investments and third-party mandates in the country with a total value of €180m.

Prior to M7, Mirta led HETA Asset Resolution Croatia, a wind-down operation owned by the Republic of Austria, disposing a portfolio of non-performing and non-strategic assets and portfolios of Hypo Alpe Adria Group in Croatia of €2.5bn. The portfolio was reduced by 60% with the successful turnaround from leasing operation into a distressed debt management platform.

Before HETA Mirta was managing director of the largest real estate agency in Croatia ZANE (part of Zagrebačka Banka, UniCredit Group), providing consultancy, appraisal and brokerage services. As well as her native Croatian, Mirta is fluent, English, German, Italian.

Mirta graduated in Economics from the University of Zagreb. Croatia, majoring in management in the tourism industry.
