Natalia Karaluch is an Asset Manager in Martley Capital's Polish office

Natalia Karaluch is an Asset Manager in Martley Capital Group. She is responsible for managing office and industrial assets across Poland.

Based in Warsaw and reporting to Jan Plocinski. Natalia joined Martley Capital from M7 Real Estate where she had been working since 2014, the last five years of which were as an Asset Manager.

Prior to joining M7, she was working for multiple companies where she was responsible for office operations and customer services.

Natalia has finished multiple courses including GPPR, ESG which are related to her role at Martley Capital.  As well has her native Polish she is fluent in English.
