Patrycja Palma is an Asset Manager in Martley Capital's Polish office

Prior to joining Martley Capital Group, Patrycja was an Asset Manager at M7 Real Estate Poland for over five years where she was responsible for office and warehouse buildings. Many years of experience in real estate services, lease negotiations or budgeting allowed her to expand her skills.

Prior to joining M7, she held the position of Leasing Manager at WX Management Services, which operates in the real estate sector as a boutique consulting and services firm. Patrycja was involved in supervising the work of the property manager and worked with property managers and the technical team on a daily basis, she was also responsible for the leasing process, marketing activities and proactive management of tenant relations. Before this she gained experience in the real estate market while working at Horyzont Group.

Patrycja has a degree in Real Estate from the University of Szczecin where she obtained real estate broker license.
