Patrycja Palma is an Asset Manager.

Prior to joining Martley Capital Group, Patrycja was an Asset Manager at M7 Real Estate Poland for over five years where she was responsible for office and warehouse buildings. She has many years of experience in real estate services, lease negotiations and budgeting.

Before her role at M7, she held the position of Leasing Manager at WX Management Services, which operates in the real estate sector as a boutique consulting and services firm. Patrycja was involved in supervising the work of the property manager and worked with property managers and the technical team on a daily basis. She was also responsible for leasing, marketing activities and proactive management of tenant relations.

Patrycja has a degree in Real Estate from the University of Szczecin where she obtained real estate broker license.
