Rory Finnan is Managing Director of Real Estate at Martley Capital Group.

He joins Martley Capital from Chancerygate where he was responsible for overseeing all asset management activities associated with the firm’s balance sheet multi-let industrial investment portfolio and its mandates from third-party investors covering all sectors. He was also responsible for the acquisition and disposal of the firm’s investments.

Prior to joining Chancerygate in 2012, Rory held the role of Asset Manager and Development Director positions at The IO Group and Dunmore Limited specialising in the multi-let industrial and trade counter sectors.

Having qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1996, Rory has a wealth of experience in all aspects of asset management with a particular focus on industrial business space.
