Sadie Fitzpatrick is Director of Asset Management overseeing and implementing commercial asset management strategies across UK-wide multi-sector portfolios.

Based in London, Sadie joined from M7 Real Estate where she was a Senior Asset Manager in the UK Asset Management for seven years. Sadie’s past experience includes overseeing the asset management of the Eden, Azure (UK) and CCP5 portfolios. Sadie has provided asset management for a wide variety of clients including Blackstone, Centerbridge, Colony Capital, DE Shaw, Goldman Sachs, M&G, Oxford Properties and Tristan Capital Partners.

Prior to M7 Real Estate, Sadie was a Client Services Director at CBRE which involved providing property and asset management and overview advice across a number of the CBRE Global Investors managed funds. The portfolios spanned a wide range of sectors and were held by a variety of clients including local authority and private pension funds.

Before CBRE, Sadie worked for GVA as a Property Manager at Associate Director level, within the West End Management team. Working exclusively on Mayfair and Knightsbridge properties, Sadie acted for one client on their substantial and varied Estates.
