Vicky is a Legal Counsel secondee, supporting investment and financing transactions, fund structuring, corporate governance, regulatory advice and risk assessment.

Vicky is on secondment from Mourant, where she is a Senior Associate in the Jersey Finance and Corporate practice, advising global corporate and financial institutions on a wide range of transactions, including lender and borrower side financings, corporate restructurings, private equity transactions and listings on The International Stock Exchange.

Vicky was admitted as a Solicitor of the Royal Court of Jersey in 2022 and studied LLB Law with European Study (with Advanced Proficiency in Spanish) at the University of Exeter.
