Vicky is a Legal Counsel, supporting investment and financing transactions, fund structuring, corporate governance, regulatory advice and risk assessment.

Prior to joining Martley Capital, Vicky practised for 6 years in the Mourant Jersey finance and corporate team, advising global corporate and financial institutions on a wide range of transactions, including lender and borrower side financings, corporate restructurings and private equity transactions.

Vicky was admitted as a Solicitor of the Royal Court of Jersey in 2022 and studied LLB Law with European Study (with Advanced Proficiency in Spanish) at the University of Exeter.
