Associate Director

Ara is an Associate Director for Listed Markets at Martley Capital. He is responsible for evaluating investments and capital raising.

Previously, Ara held a senior manager position at M7 Real Estate, where he engaged in European commercial real estate transactions, UK asset management, and various corporate initiatives including the spinoff of a joint venture fund with Blackstone resulting in the establishment of the Mileway platform, and more recently in the public listing of several UK REITs.

Before joining M7 Real Estate, Ara led partnerships at Solite Technologies, facilitating the expansion of clean energy providers into the UAE market. From 2008 to 2012, he was an investment manager at Abu Dhabi Basic Industries Corporation targeting opportunities within the downstream petrochemical sector. In 2006, he was part of the investment management group at Tatweer, overseeing a portfolio of Dubai Holding companies.

Ara graduated with a degree in Finance and a minor in Economics from Ryerson University. He is a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
